Refund policy

Books Returns Policy:

Books can be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. To initiate a return, contact david@bonavarda.com and then send the goods back using a tracked and signed-for service within the next 7 days. We will notifiy you of the return address. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returning items.

Book Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
