Artwork Returns Policy:

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork for assistance. We will strive to resolve the matter, which may include providing you with store credit. To initiate a return, contact david@bonavarda.com and then send the artwork back using a tracked and signed-for service within the next 7 days. We will notifiy you of the return address. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged, and bear the postage cost. Note that damaged returns won't qualify for store credit. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we're here to assist you in the process.

Books Returns Policy:

Books can be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. This means that if the item was sealed in shrink wrap, it must be returned to us still in its shrink wrap. To initiate a return, contact david@bonavarda.com and then send the goods back using a tracked and signed-for service within the next 7 days. We will notifiy you of the return address. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returning items.

Artwork and Book Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
